Our extensive experience covers civil and commercial litigation. We handle a wide array of cases, including those related to joint ventures, contracts, property, wills, intestate succession, IPR infringement, and attachment of property. We appear before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, the Delhi District Courts, the National Company Law Tribunal, and Appellate Tribunal, as well as other judicial forums across Delhi.
Advisory Work
Our wide-ranging advisory work includes disputes-related advice (such as reviewing claims and handling mediations and negotiations), regulatory advice, and compliance matters. We conduct legal due diligence for various businesses, providing insights into their current position, strengths, and weaknesses.
